    All people are ethnic people.

  • @SeheriKhan

I used the OnSkin app to try to figure out what products I could use and I thought I had combination skin but while doing the test I found out I had dry skin but it wasn’t much of a surprise because I’ve always had eczema and my skin was beginning to flake . BUT now I realize that all the stuff I have been using that the OnSkin app recommended for me were wrong since I have dry skin 😅and they recommended stuff for my “combination skin “

  • @sheisoutofthisworld

Is it possible to have normal skin in face and have dry skin in body areas?

  • @samanthaspero3466

I have combination skin. It goes from oily in the T zone and dry for the cheeks. And then it decides to change up where it is dry and oily. When I have the skin care routine that works for my skin (not stripping, hydrating) my skin evens out and is more normal and overall happy. It took a bit to find something that works and to actually listen to what my skin needs. A lot of testing and trying out different products to see what my skin likes🙂

All the replies are from 5y ago, I think I don't have a chance to get a reply from them, can someone tell me what to do? I didn't use any cleanser before, if I use the 1st method then shall I just wash my face and keep it like this for 2 hours and then use blotting paper?? Helpppp

Now, if I had super dry skin, maybe I'd do the other way.

Put a hya serum –> lightweight lotion –> thick cream/oil to seal that in –> serum mist (with oils). Not in a way I'd treat myself as oily skin. But it's still there, that I'd need triple moisturizing or quadruple. More "locking in".

  • @yomiseno

What I learned, your skin type doesn't really matter that much. It's in what you apply to your face and what you really need as a individual skin. Skin type matters when it comes to moisturizers, the way you try to keep moisture, make up, what you stack on your face, base, "do you get easily clogged", etc.. but serums, toners, have fun. Because I tried almost everything and they did work somehow, but what worked best was what my skin really needs.

I got oily skin and I still triple moisturize. I think I really need it. I go in with a hya serum –> lightweight lotion –> spray some mist after 6 hours, usually, my route.

  • @Sarbjit-e2s

My skin in summer oily and in winter dry 😂

  • @Mia1p2

Personally I have eczema on my jawline cheek region and I have it on my eyelids and I have acne on my face including black heads on my nose and slightly my chin it's very difficult to find the right products to use for me since I'm oily in my T zone and dry by my jawline/cheek area plus acne mostly on my cheek. But a product that have been helpful to my acne is epiduo that my doctor recommended. If you got any tips or know what type of like skin type, this could be lmk<3

  • @elliotp243

I tried so hard to get the blotting paper to stick to my skin. I tried in two hours after, and then 5 hours after, and then right before going to bed… my poor, poor dry skin.

  • @Daydream_accessories

I have very dry skin, I have keratosis Pilaris but luckily not severely on my face and this video really helped! I also have very sensitive skin so it also helped finding good products to use!

I've used the second method to try and find my skin type. When I had pinched my skin, I saw dry flakes, however when I let it go then it just went instantly. Extra point : my skin gets really dry a flaky at some areas.
Could you please tell what type I have!
